How We Mitigate Risk
We invest in multifamily properties that produce cash flow as-is, meaning any additional renovations we do are an added bonus and not needed to sustain the property. We work to keep the loan-to-value ratio as low as possible and secure low-interest non-recourse agency debt whenever we can. We underwrite our deals conservatively with a healthy reserve budget and raise all the funds for capital expenditures upfront. Our team also works hard to ensure that every real estate investment has multiple exit strategies.
