Our Track Record

At Fincapital, we care deeply about protecting and growing your capital. We know you’ve worked hard for your money, and when you invest alongside us, we take the responsibility of protecting your capital very seriously.

We are well-connected in the real estate syndication industry and stay up-to-date on the latest data and trends, working hard to bring you only the best investment opportunities with the lowest risk and highest potential for growth.

How We Mitigate Risk

To mitigate risk, we invest only in properties that produce cash flow as-is, meaning any additional renovations we do are an added bonus and not needed to sustain the property.

We work to keep the loan-to-value ratio as low as possible and, whenever we can, we secure low-interest non-recourse agency debt.

We always underwrite our deals conservatively with a healthy reserve budget in case unexpected surprises come up along the way.

Further, we raise all the funds for capital expenditures up front, so we are not depending on rental income to cover those renovations, and we ensure that every investment has multiple exit strategies.
